📦 Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 24 Hours of delivery.
• To be eligible a complete UBOXING/OPENING video is must. No claims will be accepted unless this is available.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

🔄 Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available for damaged items, or if you received the wrong product.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at [support@indiyahaus.com] with your order details and issue description.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
